Process-critical temperature control. When temperature directly affects material properties — coating adhesion, dimensional accuracy, curing times, composite layup — "roughly right" costs you in rejects and rework. Some processes need the environment controlled to within a degree. Ours can deliver that.
Managing high internal heat loads. Machinery, lighting, processes — all pumping heat into the space. The system doesn't just need to cool. It needs to cool effectively while the heat sources are running at full capacity, and adapt when they're not.
Multi-zone precision. Assembly needs different conditions from the paint shop. The clean area needs different airflow from the general production floor. One thermostat can't solve this. Multiple independent zones, managed together, optimised for each area.
