Compliance Hub

Nobody rings to congratulate you when the audit passes. The compliance questions that sit with facilities management — audit readiness, sprinkler obligations, refrigerant law, proof the system performs — only get attention when the answer turns out to be no. This hub collects the ones climate control owns, with straight answers and the deeper page behind each.

Are you audit-ready?

When the MHRA or FDA inspector asks for six months of environmental data, your system either produces it instantly or it doesn't — there is no middle ground. We've delivered more than 75 pharmaceutical installations, and the discipline they demand runs through everything we build: continuous logging, automated compliance reporting, and alerting that flags an excursion while there's still time to act on it.

The same evidence chain serves any regulated environment — food storage, confectionery, humidity-critical archives. Our remote monitoring service watches the system around the clock, and portfolio clients receive monthly KPI reports showing compliance and system performance. See how this plays out where the stakes are highest, in our pharmaceutical sector work.

An audit shouldn't be an event. It should be a printout.

Are your sprinklers protected through winter?

A sprinkler system only protects your building if the water in its pipework can't freeze. That is the primary purpose of frost protection: keeping the internal area at or above 5°C so the fire-sprinkler system stays safely operational — with product quality protected as a second benefit.

Our method is deliberately economical: nozzle air distribution circulates the heat your building already generates internally, so the system rarely needs to create heat of its own. We've installed more than 40 frost-protection systems, and the full engineering case — heat sources, heat-pump design constraints and all — is on the frost protection page.

The cheapest compliance failure to prevent is the one physics hands you for free.

Is your refrigerant and gas work legal?

Two parts of climate-control work aren't a matter of preference — they're law. Any business installing, servicing or decommissioning systems containing F-gas refrigerants must hold company certification; ours is REFcom. Gas-fired heating plant can only legally be worked on by a Gas Safe registered business; ours is. If your current maintenance provider can't show both, the compliance exposure is yours, not theirs.

Beyond the legal minimum, our Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor, SSIP and ISO 9001 accreditations mean the pre-qualification checks your procurement team would otherwise run have already been done independently. What each one verifies — and what it means for your project — is set out on our accreditations and safety page.

Certificates for your approved-supplier list are yours by return; just ask.

Can you prove the system performs?

Most climate-control specifications are promises. Ours is an engineering position: we design to an agreed performance envelope, match backup capacity to how critical the system is, and evidence temperature uniformity within ±1.0°C across the facility. The envelope itself — temperatures, tolerances, what happens if a component fails — is agreed with you at design stage, because a guarantee that ignores your operation isn't worth the paper.

How that conversation works, and what the evidence looks like, is on the compliance and temperature guarantee page. The short version: if a facilities manager can't put our performance data in front of an auditor, we haven't finished the job.

Documented performance is the difference between a system you trust and a system you hope about.

Our approach

01

Design to the standard — the regulatory outcome (GMP, sprinkler protection, audit evidence) defines the performance envelope before any equipment is chosen

02

Evidence continuously — remote monitoring logs system performance in real time, with intelligent alerting and remote diagnostics when something drifts

03

Report on a cadence — portfolio clients receive monthly KPI reports showing compliance and system performance, without feet-on-the-ground data recording

04

Stay legal on the work itself — Gas Safe registration for gas-fired plant, REFcom company certification for F-gas refrigerants

05

Match resilience to criticality — where a compliance failure means scrapped product or a failed audit, the design carries additional capacity or backup

Why Jet Environmental

  • More than 75 pharmaceutical installations delivered in GMP-governed environments
  • More than 40 frost-protection systems keeping facilities at or above 5°C
  • Six independently assessed accreditations — including the two the law requires
  • Monthly compliance KPI reporting for portfolio clients
  • Performance evidenced against an agreed design envelope, not asserted in a brochure
