Managing Director
Jason joined Jet in January 2012 with a mission to develop the business and build on the qualities that Jet is renowned for. He brought with him a successful commercial and operational career spanning engineering, logistics and consultancy. As Managing Director, he now leads Jet’s growth while protecting the quality and service the business is known for.
Technical Director
As a Chartered Mechanical Engineer specialising in HVAC, and with an MBA, Ivan provides the technical expertise, leadership and development that are vital to Jet Environmental projects. He manages our teams of HVAC engineers and estimators, along with the contracting function. As a Board member and co-owner, Ivan is key in setting the future technical direction of the business.
Operations Director
Gary manages the day-to-day operations of Jet’s contracts department and the pre-construction tendering and design process. As a senior member of staff, he plays a vital role in the effective end-to-end management of projects. With over 25 years of Jet Environmental experience under his belt, Gary is often a mentor to our newer team members.
Technical Manager
Chris brings nearly 25 years of HVAC expertise to the Jet team. With a mechanical engineering degree and a proven track record in energy-efficient design, he specialises in creating innovative, sustainable HVAC solutions for large-scale industrial facilities, helping clients reduce energy use while meeting the demanding performance requirements of their sites.

Head of Sales & Marketing
Amanda began her career on the tools as an aircraft engineer in the British Army and brings more than 24 years of senior experience across the built environment, engineering and facilities management. Leading sales and marketing at Jet, Amanda focuses on understanding clients’ sites, systems and desired outcomes, making sure that every new client’s first conversation with us is a technical one.

Service Manager
Service Manager Chris Lawton is a qualified and certified HVAC systems engineer who supports the broad portfolio of Jet’s HVAC systems out in the field. Chris is also instrumental in supporting clients’ critical system operations, and he oversees KPI management and reporting for key clients, keeping their systems performing reliably.
Business & QSHE Manager
Abbie plays a vital role in both Health & Safety and Business Development. She keeps our on-site safety standards exemplary by conducting site assessments, preparing RAMS and managing supplier accreditations and vendor evaluations. She also contributes to our growth strategy, identifying new opportunities and helping shape service delivery to meet evolving customer needs.
Project Manager
Steven brings over 20 years of HVAC&R experience gained in South Africa and the UK. Starting as an installation and maintenance engineer, he has since delivered complex commercial and industrial projects, with specialist expertise in VRF systems, AHUs, BMS-linked equipment and ventilation. He now leads high-value, bespoke HVAC projects across the UK and Europe, from design to client handover.

Project Manager
Project Manager Andy Plevey is responsible for the successful delivery of Jet projects. Having worked in the HVAC sector since 1979, Andy has broad experience of large-scale HVAC systems installation and contracting. He joined Jet from Inviron (ABB), where he spent 18 years, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge to every project he manages.
Contracts Manager
Sarah is responsible for the successful delivery of Jet projects, with full autonomy over the fulfilment process. Sarah joined Jet from Flakt in January 2019 and has since managed increasingly large and prominent projects. Her project management is highly valued by both Jet and her growing base of loyal customers.
Contracts Engineer
Tom manages HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Coming from a background in HVAC manufacturing, he brings solid technical knowledge and a practical approach to project delivery. He works closely with suppliers and site teams to keep things moving and ensure installations meet expectations, and plays a reliable role in supporting our engineering operations.
CAD Engineer
Brenda produces 2D and 3D drawings of our HVAC systems. With a steady and thoughtful approach, she turns technical concepts into clear, detailed, workable designs. Brenda is also the heart of the office, always ready with a bit of wisdom when it’s needed most, and her calm, supportive nature makes her a much-loved part of the team.
Design & Estimating Engineer
Heer develops robust, cost-effective HVAC solutions from the earliest stages of a project. Holding a Master’s degree with a focus on simulation, he brings a strong analytical mindset to design, helping clients achieve efficient outcomes that are straightforward to install and maintain. Curious and committed to continuous learning, Heer enjoys nothing more than solving complex engineering problems.
Service & Customer Relations Representative
Jodie brings energy, precision and a people-first approach to everything she does, ensuring our clients receive seamless, attentive service. Her eye for detail and natural rapport with customers make her a key part of our team. Jodie continues to grow in her role, and we’re proud to have her driving both service delivery and client satisfaction.
Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator
Andrea coordinates planned maintenance schedules, reactive callouts, subcontractor activities and service contract administration. Her passion for client satisfaction and her valuable service and maintenance experience show in the high-quality support she provides to our service and maintenance customers across the UK, helping keep their systems running smoothly and their sites operating without disruption.

Josie brings an unwavering commitment to giving our customers the very best system lifetime support. She is passionate about Jet’s customers and has built strong, trusted relationships with many of them over the years. Conscientious and a great team player, Josie is a highly valued member of the Jet family.
