What does Balanced JET Technology actually do?
It distributes conditioned air through precision nozzles whose size, spacing and angle are computer-calculated for your building before anything is built. The high-velocity jets draw the room's own air into the conditioned stream, circulating the whole space and holding temperature within ±1.0°C from floor to ceiling — with no dampers or moving parts at high level to maintain. How quickly do you respond to a breakdown?

Do you service systems you didn’t install?
Yes. We service both systems we've installed and equipment from other suppliers — air handling units, chillers and heat pumps, VRF/VRV systems, humidity control equipment, BMS and controls. See service & maintenance for how that works.
Can you hold humidity as well as temperature?
Yes. Relative humidity moves with temperature, so stable humidity starts with a full temperature-control system — humidity control is usually added on top, led by product-storage requirements. We use a matrix of sensors with chill and reheat coils or dedicated dehumidifiers and humidifiers, holding exceptionally tight tolerances. Details on the temperature and humidity control page.

What accreditations do you hold?
Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor, SSIP, ISO 9001, Gas Safe and REFcom (F-Gas). The last two are legal requirements for the work we do, not badges. What each one verifies is explained on the accreditations and safety page.
How does frost protection keep my sprinkler system working?
A sprinkler system only protects your building if the water in its pipework can't freeze — that is frost protection's primary purpose. The system keeps the internal area at or above 5°C, circulating heat the building already generates internally through nozzle air distribution, so it rarely needs to create heat of its own. What does the temperature guarantee mean?
It means we design to an agreed performance envelope, match backup capacity to how critical the system is, and evidence temperature uniformity within ±1.0°C. The specific envelope — temperatures, tolerances, what happens on a component failure — is agreed with you at design stage, not pulled from a brochure. Do you manufacture your own equipment?
Yes. Bespoke air handling units are manufactured in-house, and ductwork and nozzles are fabricated to the design specification in our own facility. See manufacturing for what that means for lead times and fit.
Can heat pumps really heat an industrial building?
Yes — with heating costs 30–50% lower than gas and reduced carbon emissions. The honest caveat: a frost-protection start is the worst operating condition a heat pump faces, and we've worked through those design constraints to install many dependable systems across the UK and Ireland. Will your controls work with our building management system?
Yes. Our advanced controls integrate with BMS platforms, coordinate multiple zones, support remote access and hold temperature to a precision of ±0.25°C where the application demands it. See advanced controls.
How will we know if something goes wrong?
Our remote monitoring watches system performance in real time, with intelligent alerting and remote diagnostics — issues are diagnosed as they occur, which drastically reduces response times, and there's no need for feet-on-the-ground data recording.
