Compliance & Temperature Guarantee

When temperature is a compliance obligation, 'the system should cope' is not an answer you can give an auditor. We've engineered through every version of that conversation — which is why we're willing to put the performance envelope in writing before anything is built.

What a temperature failure actually costs

It's rarely the energy bill that hurts. It's the batch of pharmaceuticals written off because storage drifted warm. The chocolate that blooms and comes back from the retailer. The wine that quietly evaporates through a dried cork. The workforce whose output drops every degree the space moves away from comfortable.

These aren't hypotheticals — they're situations we've encountered and overcome, across facilities throughout the UK and Ireland. Today our systems protect hundreds of millions of pounds of inventory. That kind of exposure doesn't get managed with optimism.

When the product is worth more than the building, the temperature is not a comfort question.

An envelope, not an estimate

Most specifications describe equipment. Ours describe an outcome — the conditions your facility must hold, agreed with you in writing at design stage. Every system is engineered through calculated airflow and performance modelling to hold temperature within ±1.0°C, floor to roof, then measured against that figure at commissioning.

If a supplier won't put performance in writing, ask yourself who's carrying the risk. It's you.

Backup matched to criticality

Not every facility needs the same headroom. A comfort-led space can tolerate a maintenance window; a temperature-critical store cannot. So many of our solutions carry additional capacity or backup, matched to how critical the system is to your operation — so that when a component needs attention, the environment holds while the work happens.

Redundancy isn't a line item to value-engineer out. It's the part of the design that earns its keep on the worst day of the year.

Monitored, reported, on the record

An envelope you can't evidence is an envelope you can't defend. Our 24/7 remote monitoring watches system performance continuously — remote alarms, live diagnostics, rapid mobilisation of engineers when something needs attention — with no need for feet-on-the-ground data recording.

Portfolio clients receive monthly KPI reports showing compliance and system performance: the audit trail arrives before the auditor does.

The credentials behind the commitment

The approach is backed by independent assessment: Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor, SSIP, ISO 9001, Gas Safe and REFcom (F-Gas). The full set, and what each covers, is on our accreditations page.

What we'll agree with you

The specifics — the envelope, the tolerances, the headroom that backs them — are written for your facility, not copied from a brochure. They're agreed at design stage, in writing, once we understand your building, your product and what a failure would actually cost you.

That conversation is the first step. Call 0121 770 7466 or tell us about your facility, and we'll start with the question that matters: what conditions does your operation have to hold?

Our approach

01

Agree the envelope — the temperature, tolerance and any humidity requirement your operation must hold, defined in writing at design stage

02

Design to it — computer-calculated air distribution engineered to hold uniformity within ±1.0°C across the complete space

03

Match headroom to criticality — additional capacity or backup built in where the consequences of failure demand it

04

Prove it — commissioning verifies measured performance against the agreed envelope

05

Keep proving it — 24/7 monitoring, with monthly KPI reports showing compliance and system performance
